Gates open 1h30 before kick-off, tailgate starts 2h30 before kick-off. We advise you to arrive at least 1 hour before kick-off to avoid queues and speed up the stadium entry process.
↓ Where can I park my car?
The McGill stadium has no parking facilities, but there are several paying options in the surrounding area. More information.
↓ Where can I park my bike?
A bike rack is available to fans at the main entrance to McGill Stadium (Entrance 3) and near Entrance 2.
↓ Where to take the STM shuttle? Until when?
The shuttle service starts between 1h45 (weekday matches) and 2h (weekend matches and holidays) before each match. Departures are at 15-minute intervals and continue until the end of the 1st quarter.
Boarding is at Place-des-Arts station (Green line): from the platforms, follow signs for Jeanne-Mance, then take the UQAM exit.
For the return journey, service resumes from the 3rd quarter.
↓ Is it possible to exit and re-enter the stadium?
No re-entry is permitted. Once out, it is not possible to re-enter the stadium, except in emergency situations. This rule also applies to smokers.
↓ Where is the tailgate and when does it start?
The tailgate is located in the park near entrance 3 (see plan) and starts 2h30 before kick-off.
↓ How do I get into the stadium?
Please refer to the stadium map to find the entrance closest to your seats.
TICKETS
↓ At what age do I need to buy a ticket for my child?
Children must have their own ticket from the age of 4. Before that, they can enter the stadium free of charge and must be seated on a parent’s lap.
↓ Can I use my electronic ticket to get in?
All tickets are now available in digital format, accessible on your cell phone.
↓ Can I bring an empty bottle or water bottle inside the stadium?
It is permitted to enter the stadium with an empty or full water bottle. However, there are no water fountains available inside the stadium to refill bottles. In addition, only flexible and transparent containers will be accepted, and no alcohol or beverages other than water are permitted in the container.
↓ Can I bring food into the stadium?
We tolerate small snacks in small containers (vegetables, crackers, juice box). Baby food, bottles and snacks for children are also tolerated. Restaurant food is not allowed inside the stadium.
↓ Is the stadium covered? Is it possible to bring an umbrella in case of bad weather?
Only some of the sections are covered in case of rain; the rest are uncovered. However, umbrellas are forbidden for safety reasons and to avoid obstructing visibility. Supporters are covered only on the south side, on the lower level, from row 13 upwards.
↓ Are pets allowed in the stadium?
Animals, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs, are not allowed inside the stadium.
↓ Is smoking allowed in/around the stadium?
It is forbidden to smoke or vape inside or within nine (9) meters of the stadium.
↓ Can I bring a banner / sign / flag?
Banners and posters are permitted as long as the text is respectful of all and does not interfere with the visibility of other supporters.
↓ Can I bring objects intended to make noise?
Yes, as long as it’s done with respect for your neighbors. Compressed-air trumpets, megaphones and other mechanical noisemakers are prohibited, in accordance with Canadian Football League stadium rules. The Alouettes reserve the right to prohibit certain items that may interfere with fan comfort in the stadium. Other items may be refused entry to the stadium at the discretion of the Alouettes security team.
↓ Can I bring a computer / camera / electronic devices?
Professional cameras are not allowed.
ACCESSIBILITY
↓ What to do with a stroller in the stadium?
It is not possible to enter the stadium with a baby carriage. If your seat is on the south side, you must leave it at the main ticket office (Entrance 3) and collect it at the end of the match.
↓ Are there places for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, there are places reserved for people with reduced mobility and their companions. The sections are as follows: N1, M1, X2, Y2.
↓ Where can I change my baby?
In the toilets located throughout the stadium.

↓ How long does the game last?
On average, a game lasts around 3 hours.
↓ Which payment methods are accepted in the stadium?
Debit or credit card payments.
↓ Are there ATMs in the stadium?
There are ATMs in the stadium, located on aisle E, aisle M (next to the elevator), Section T1, Y1 and T2.
↓ I’ve lost something in the stadium. Where can I go to retrieve it?

The first thing to do is to call a security officer to manage the situation. In the event that there is no security officer near you, please contact an Alouettes employee. There is always an employee at the Alouettes’ main box office, located at the main entrance (Entrance 3).
