Training Camp: Day 16

Outside
The Alouettes were back on the field in the sun at the Campus de Fort Saint-Jean this morning.

Electrifying
Running back Bruce Perry had another spectacular carry this morning, breaking through the defensive line for a long run into the end zone.

Ready for the season
Receiver Elijah Thurmon stood out once again, catching several tough passes, including one particularly long throw by Anthony Calvillo.

Swell returns
Receiver Brian Bratton was outstanding as he made several exciting punt returns.

Comments from Jim Popp
On the practice at Percival Molson Stadium:
“On offence, I was impressed by Sean Coffey, Brian Bratton and S.J. Green. On defence, T.J. Hill, Diamond Ferri and Randee Drew all stood out.”

Tomorrow
The Alouettes will practice at 10 a.m. at the Campus du Fort Saint-Jean. This will be the last regular practice before the second exhibition game against the Toronto Argonauts on Thursday, June 21, at Percival Molson Stadium (CKAC SPORTS, CJAD).

Wednesday
The Alouettes will participate in a light walk-through from 9:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. followed by player availability on Wednesday at Campus du Fort Saint-Jean.
