Official release, Montreal – The Montreal Alouettes’ eighth annual golf tournament, presented by the Casino de Montréal, will take place on Monday, Sept. 17 at Les Quatre Domaines Golf Club in Mirabel, site of the 2006 Omnium de Montréal.
As in years past, several prominent local businesses have purchased foursomes and will play with the Alouettes. Players will arrive at 8 a.m. for breakfast and the shotgun start will be at 9:30 a.m. The event will be followed by a cocktail and dinner.
In the evening, an auction will be held benefiting the Success for Youth Foundation, whose mission is to cut Quebec’s elevated high school dropout rate. Each year, the Alouettes and their partners contribute roughly $30,000 to the foundation through this event.
