Official release, Montreal – The 11th annual edition of the Montreal Alouettes’ Locker Room Visit, presented by TELUS, was a complete success last Saturday as throngs of Alouettes supporters showed up to Olympic Stadium. Due to the visitors’ generous donations, 2,000 underprivileged Montreal families will benefit from the collection of non-perishable food items, clothes and toys.
In addition, TELUS donated $10,000 to the Welcome Hall Mission. Several Alouettes were on hand signing autographs and talking about their daily football routines, while fans began their holiday shopping with a stop at the Alouettes’ locker room boutique.
Fans were also able to visit the Big O press box and had a chance to meet RDS personalities David Arsenault, Denis Casavant and Pierre Vercheval.
