Montreal, Jan. 21, 2009 – Catch your favourite football players in action… on the ice!
Starting Feb. 7, the Montreal Alouettes will kick off their 13th annual hockey tour benefitting the CN Adopt an Alouette program, visiting all four corners of the province to raise money and have a great time!
Organized in collaboration with RDS.ca, Énergie and Reebok, the tour features exciting games with current and former Alouettes and local players teaming up for great causes. Not only do the games raise money for the CN Adopt an Alouette school mentorship program, they also contribute to local football and other important organizations.
In a new twist this year, fans in each city will have a chance to win a Reebok 7k hockey stick! Fans on hand will also have the chance to win an authentic Alouettes jersey at each stop.
Among the current and former Alouettes suiting up this year are Scott Flory, Jeff Perrett, Étienne Boulay, Éric Deslauriers, Danny Desriveaux, Luc Brodeur-Jourdain, Jonathan Lapointe, André Bolduc, Bruno Heppell and several more!
