Montreal, Apr. 20, 2009 – For the third year running, the Montreal Alouettes and Molson are pleased to invite you to give the gift of blood during their annual blood drive, organized in collaboration with Héma-Québec, this Thursday, Apr. 23, at the John Molson Room of the Molson Brewery located at 1670 rue Notre Dame Est (corner Papineau).
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., several current and former Alouettes, including Alumni president Éric Lapointe and Peter Dalla Riva, along with a group of cheerleaders and mascot Touché will take turns thanking donors for their generosity.
Event spokespeople, Alouette free safety Étienne Boulay, and Molson Community Relations and Corporate Giving Manager Monique Dépatie, will be on hand for on-site interviews during the day.
