MONTREAL – Having already broken his share of records this season, Anthony Calvillo could be at it again as early as Thanksgiving Monday in the Alouettes’ clash with the Argonauts at Percival Molson Stadium.
Now only 258 yards shy of eclipsing Damon Allen’s pro football, all-time passing yards record, Calvillo appears destined to again make history against Toronto this season. After setting the CFL record for touchdown passes (395) against the Argos in Week 3, he then set a new league completion mark (5,159) in Week 6.

The Als All-Star pivot is also averaging 304 yards per game on the season. And when he’s faced the Argos in 2011, that number bumps up to 328 per game, including a 349-yard effort the last time the two teams met on August 4.
Already in some elite company in the pro football record books (see below), Calvillo may leave the field on Monday with Allen, Brett Favre, Warren Moon and Dan Marino each looking up at him.
