MONTREAL – The Alouettes’ road to the 2012 CFL season will officially get underway on Sunday, June 3 with the opening day of training camp being held on the campus of Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, QC.
Upwards of 60 players will be on hand and vying for a spot on head coach Marc Trestman’s final roster. The team will be practising twice daily with all sessions being open to the public. In the case of rain, practices will be moved indoors to the Centre MultiSport Roland-Dussault (350 rue Terrill, in downtown Sherbrooke) where there will be limited spots for fans.
Training camp will run from June 3 to 17, and the Alouettes will play their first preseason game on June 14 at Percival Molson Stadium against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
