MONTREAL – The Alouettes will present the second edition of the Tim Hortons All-Star Game this weekend, showcasing the best Secondary IV football players in the province at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium.

In partnership with Football Québec’s Program of Excellence, more than 80 players will showcase their skills in front of a number of CEGEP coaches from across the province. In collaboration with Tim Hortons, three atom football games will take place on Sunday, giving the young players on-hand a chance to live the Alouettes experience thanks to the presence of players, cheerleaders and team mascot Touché.
Offensive lineman Kristian Matte and long snapper Martin Bédard will serve as the honorary coaches for the two teams.
Below is the schedule for the weekend:
SATURDAY, MAY 10
9:30 a.m. – First practice
1:15 p.m. – Assignment of teams followed by second practice
SUNDAY, MAY 11
10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Atom football games
1:00 p.m. – Tim Hortons All-Star Game (Half-time presentation will be an Atom football final between the morning’s finalists)
All of Saturday’s practices as well as Sunday’s Tim Hortons All-Star Game are open to the public as well as to the media. Admission to the stadium is free.
