MONTREAL – The Montreal Alouettes present the third edition of the Tim Hortons All-Star Game this weekend (Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3), showcasing the best Secondary III and IV football players in the province of Quebec at McGill’s Stadium.
In partnership with Football Quebec’s Program of Excellence, more than 100 players will showcase their skills on both days in front of a number of CEGEP coaches from across the province. And in collaboration with Tim Hortons, four Atom football games will take place on Sunday, giving the young players a chance to live the Alouettes experience thanks to the presence of players, cheerleaders and the team’s mascot, Touché!.
“Quebec’s Tim Hortons franchisees are proud to work in collaboration with the Alouettes to give young players the chance to showcase their talent in addition to having an unforgettable experience,” said Simon Plante, Regional Marketing Manager, Quebec for Tim Hortons.
Former Alouette and current CFL analyst on RDS Bruno Heppell, along with former teammate and current Alouettes offensive assistant coach André Bolduc, will serve as honorary coaches for the two teams.
