Logan (5’6”, 180 lbs.) proved once again why he has always been one of the most dangerous threats at his position North of the border, as the 34-year-old veteran experienced what was probably his best career performance in the CFL. Logan scored an outstanding touchdown on a 78-yard Lirim Hajrullahu punt return during the second quarter. He was able to get his teammates favorable field position throughout the game with speed and grit. The former South Dakota University product ran a 95-yard kickoff return, his longest in the CFL. He currently leads the CFL with 1,651 combined return yards.
Top Performers of the Week in the Canadian Football League are selected by former CFL players turned analysts on TSN and RDS Duane Forde, Matt Dunigan and Pierre Vercheval. Fans can go vote for their choice via the CFL Twitter account (@CFLca). Each week, the player who obtains the most fan votes will receive bonus points.
Logan and the Alouettes will be back in action on Sunday, as they visit the Saskatchewan Roughriders at Mosaic Stadium at 4:00 p.m.
