Montreal’s S.J. Green Is Voted Winner Once Again in TSN’s Sixth-Annual #CFLPlayerPoll

Toronto – Edmonton Eskimos’ quarterback Mike Reilly and Montreal Alouettes’ slotback S.J. Green were declared winners for the third consecutive year in TSN’s 2015 #CFLPlayerPoll, as complete results for the sixth-annual league-wide survey were revealed today on TSN.ca.

The results of the 2015 CFL ON TSN Player Poll are as follows:

  • Most Electrifying Player: Brandon Banks, WR/KR, Hamilton (45%)
  • Toughest To Bring Down: Jerome Messam, RB, Calgary (26%)
  • Most Underrated: Brad Sinopoli, WR, Ottawa (6%)
  • Most Accurate Passer: Henry Burris, QB, Ottawa (28%)
  • Fastest Player: Brandon Banks*, WR/KR, Hamilton (42%)
  • Toughest Player: Mike Reilly*, QB, Edmonton (26%)
  • Nastiest Player: Dominic Picard, C, Winnipeg (24%)
  • Biggest Trash-Talker: Simoni Lawrence*, LB, Hamilton (30%)
  • Hardest Hitter: Adam Bighill, LB, BC (17%)
  • Best Hands: S.J. Green*, SB, Montreal (31%)
  • First-Year Player Destined To Be A Star: Derel Walker, WR, Edmonton (26%)
  • Best Tweeter: Ricky Foley, DE, Toronto (20%)

The #CFLPlayerPoll surveys more than half the players in the CFL, with players from all nine teams casting ballots. CFLers were asked to name one player for each of the categories in the poll and were not allowed to choose a member of their own team. Players were also asked to answer the questions privately and anonymously in an attempt to obtain the most candid results possible.
