How many seasons with the Alouettes?
This is my first season with the Alouettes!
Where did you grow up?
Saint-Basile-le-Grand
Since what age have you been dancing?
I’ve been dancing since I was 3.
What is your dance background?
I started when I was younger with ballet, lyrical and contemporary before concentrating more, for the past 7 years, on commercial, hip-hop and street jazz. I took part in seasons 4 and 6 of Révolution, as well as two tours of “Révolution en tournée 2023 & 2024” across Quebec, an experience that helped me evolve enormously as a dancer.
Your profession / Field of study?
I’ve been teaching dance for several years to competitive troupes and recreational groups, and I love it. I’m also studying Fashion Marketing.
Your biggest dance role model and why?
Zacc Milne is a dancer/choreographer who inspires me a lot. His quality of movement, his textures, but especially his fluidity are super impressive to see. He’s an artist who stands out for his originality and personality.
What do you do in your spare time?
Apart from dance, I love anything to do with fashion. Graphic design, drawing and shopping. I’m also the biggest fan of coffee dates with friends.
Best advice you’ve received and from whom?
My mother always told me: Break the ice, take your place. This phrase helped me a lot when I was younger to overcome my shyness and go for my dreams.
What motivated you to audition for the dance team?
What motivated me to take part in the auditions was the desire to experience new things, meet new people and dance alongside extraordinary women.
What are you most looking forward to this season?
I’m really looking forward to the first game, to experience the electrifying atmosphere of the stadium and feel the energy of the crowd. I’m also looking forward to meeting new people, making friends and sharing the experience with a passionate team. Dancing alongside new dancers and learning from coaches will be a great opportunity to continue improving and surpassing myself throughout the season!
