Since I’m 3 years old!

Mainly commercial dance and ballroom dancing.

Your profession / Field of study?

Teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Pedagogy.

Your biggest dance role model and why?

My friend Alex Francoeur—because for him, limits exist only in our minds! It’s truly inspiring to watch him thrive 😊

What do you do in your spare time?

Since I don’t have much free time, I usually end up cleaning, haha!

Best advice you’ve received and from whom?

My mom’s advice. It might sound a bit tough, but she’s always told me: “Figure it out—you’ve got this!”

What motivated you to audition for the dance team?

What motivates me to be part of the Alouettes dance team is personal growth, team spirit, and the chance to live truly unique experiences.

What are you most looking forward to this season?

There are so many moments I’m looking forward to—it’s hard to choose just one! But if I had to pick, I’d say the first home game, because the energy is always at its peak. Go Als Go!
