Marco Ingelmo
Football Operations Assistant
Marco started as an intern in the summer of 2023 in the football operations department. A year later he was hired as a Football Operations assistant for the 2024-2025 season. A graduate of McGill’s Desautels School of Business, he helps with scouting as well as assisting the special teams coordinator. Prior to the Alouettes, he was the video coordinator for the McGill Redbirds in 2023 and an assistant Offensive Line Coach at Selwyn House School in 2022.
