The Alouettes hospital visit
“Year after year, the day we spend visiting children’s hospitals is always special for the team. Our players and coaching staff are very aware of the role they play in the lives of these children and their families. I am very proud of our players’ devotion, for whom these visits represent a true lesson in courage and perseverance.” – Mark Weightman, former president and chief executive officer
Playing an integral role in the community is a priority for the Montreal Alouettes organization. The players also participate in the Alouettes “Together at School” program, which aims to help students succeed not only in the classroom but also in life. The team also has several initiatives in place to support amateur football in Quebec.
